If you reach your monthly submission limit, new submissions will be blocked until the next month or until you upgrade your plan. For active forms, you'll need to unpublish a form or upgrade to create new ones.
Yes! New subscribers get 50% off their first month of the Pro plan. After the first month, you'll be charged the regular price. You can cancel anytime. If you're already subscribed and upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will become inactive.
Your data is safe! All your submissions and forms are preserved. However, if you exceed the limits of your new plan (e.g., too many active forms), you'll need to unpublish some forms to comply with your new plan limits.
